Industrial Micro Systems - IO Board
This was the main IO board for the IMS 5000 and 4000 series computer systems.  It was called the 440 IO Card.

The board  could accommodate up to 4K onboard EPROM (2716). There had a programmable interval timer and clock ((8253), two UARTS (6402's) running at BAUD rates from 75 up to 19.2K with RS232 I/O as well as 3 parallel ports using an 8255.  Nothing particularly special or novel about the board. It could via jumpers (JD, JE & JF) accommodate a 2708, 1716 or 2732 EPROM.  There were good interrupt signaling options as well.
