Intersystem's PROM Card.
This was Ithaca Audio's
(later known a Intersystems) EPROM card.

The card was designed
to take sixteen 2708 or 2716 EPROMS, a first at the time (1977). Each ROM chip on the board
could be individually addressed and up to 4 wait states could be added to the bus.
Unused sockets did not block out the memory address space. Fully loaded the board
drew about 320mA. There were voltage regulators for -5V and +12V for Intel
2716 EPEOMS. If 2708 EPROMS are used then only a single regulator (bottom left)
is required.
The manual for this board can be obtained
here.
