Solid State Music - 64K RAM
This board came out in 1980.
I have no information about this board. If you
have a manual of other information please let me know.
Chuck Guzis suggests that this in fact is not
a 64KB board. It appears to use SY2114 SRAMs, which are 1Kx4 devices (4096
bit). Given that there are 32 of them on the board is probably another SSM
16K RAM board.
SSM also had a 32KB SRAM board using 2114s. Currently (2017),
new blanks can still be purchased from
Anchor Electronics. They also
offer the SSM 64KB dynamic RAM board (uses 4116).
