Lomas Data Products  RAM67

This was a high speed DRAM board with a capacity of 1MG

The LDP Megaram uses a TMS4500 for 64k chips and TMS4501 for 256k chips. The board utilized all 24 address lines on the S100 bus allowing decoding to anywhere in the 16MB address space.
