Mullen Relay Board
This was a unique S-100 board designed to allow external control of devices via relays.

Relay Board

The relays had LED/optic connections to provide electrical isolation of the device being controlled by the computer.   This is a common requirement in healthcare situstions. 

There was also an updated Board:-

Unfortunately I have no further informaation about either board.  If you have a manual please let me know.
