Central Data - 64K RAM Board
This was a nice clean well laid out
S-100 64K Dynamic RAM board.
The board came out around 1979. It utilized 4116-25
Dynamic RAM chips and would work with a 8080, 2650 or Z80 CPU, the latter up to
at least 4MHz. There was jumper capability to inactivate a section of the
64K adderss space but no 24 bit addressing.
