Artec Electronics, Inc. - 32K RAM Board This was a nice clean well laid out
S-100 32K Static RAM board.
The board came out around 1979. It utilized TMS 4044
Static RAM chips and would work with a 8080, 2650 or Z80 CPU, the latter up to
at least 4MHz. There was jumper capability to address RAM at any 4k
boundary. There was a bank select feature to allow more than 64K of RAM or
to split RAM for multiple programs. There also was a battery backup
option.
