The board came out around 1979. It utilized TMS 4044 Static RAM chips and would work with a 8080, 2650 or Z80 CPU, the latter up to at least 4MHz. There was jumper capability to address RAM at any 4k boundary. There was a bank select feature to allow more than 64K of RAM or to split RAM for multiple programs. There also was a battery backup option.
