A local company here carries EDAC.  This was the same store that sold me my very first 1802 microprocessor 35 years ago.  They have closed their warehouse here, but continue to run as an online supplier.  Electro Sonic, now online at www.e-sonic.com.

I see in their catalog #061, Edac sells the guides.  They are called Uni-guides.
Part numbers:
616-220-301      (6.375" long)
...-302 to -307 are 2.5", 4.5", 5.5" 8", 9", 11"
