Yes, that seems to be the case then.

They had some problems with the 16MB SRAM Mezzanines too as there are
some in each panel that failed their testing and are marked up with
permanent marker.  The total ordered is of course correct (actually
since they're panelized they ended up sending a few extra.)

I guess the good news about all this is they seem to be quite diligent
about checking the board files before "accepting" the order and about
continuity test and inspection after the boards are produced!
