hi David,

sorry if I was not clear, yes these are the modules on the Console IO that I have changed. But your problem makes me wonder if it really comes from the console board as in my case it takes quite a while before it happens. I would suggest you use a CPM image for the serial IO board instead, just to see if the symptoms disappear. please let us know the outcome
