MITS    88-16MCS 16K Static RAM
This was the last static RAM card MITS manufactured.

MITS 16K Static RAM    

The card had an access time of 215ns using SEMI 4200 RAM chips. The card could be addressed to any one of the  four 16K Hex address boundaries. The manual can be obtained here.
