Jeff — since only two poles of the SPDT switch are used, there is an orientation issue — ON (which is the bat handle UP for the address and data switches) connects the center and “bottom” terminals. As Don points out, the component library probably has two versions of the switch with different pin numbering, thus having the effect of reversing what I just said. Using the wrong footprint results in ON with the bat handle DOWN.
