Hello Philippe,
the Salota backplane has a different than on other backplanes grounded pin 61.
This pin 61 is on an S-100 IEEE-696 compliant defined for A20.
I am not sure if you need such a high address for your Z80 system.
I have also the same Salota backplane and the only possible way to cut the pin61 to GND traces is to remove all card edge connectors from the backplane.
