RE: [N8VEM-S100:101] Reordering S-100 PCBs

Hi John!  Thanks!  You are down for three each of the S-100 EPROM and S-100
Serial IO boards.  I've added all the changes AFAIK for the S-100 Serial IO
S-100 EPROM boards.  

Please take a look at the schematics and PCB layouts and let me know if any
other changes or corrections are needed.  I added a board title and version
number in the lower right hand corner to help builders keep track of the
boards.

The trace routing is not done yet but I think all the changes are included.
The S-100 EPROM board is almost done with trace routing and just has a few
passes left.
