This would be a great tool in resurrecting old S-100 boards.
Many have PALs but no firmware map JEDEC files or programming logic files to recreate.
It would be nice to be able to save some of these older boards.
Does anyone have any experience with this device and recovered any legacy PALs?
Thanks and have a nice day!

Charles MacDonald has described a "PAL Device Reader" that might help extract the CompuPro or similar PAL's and prevent reinventing the logic.
Looks limited to 20 pin types, and combinatorial types only.

At the very least, it's a good read with useful information about PAL/GAL's
