On the schematic, RP3 is listed as 4.7K, on the parts list include in the Jair Manual, rev-3 build instruction, its also a 4.7k, but in the

with photos of the parts, its listed as a 47K...

Looks to me like its not an issue, but you may want to clean this up...

also, a good replacement for the 7805 or 7805C, is the ST L4940-5, 1.5amp LDO regulator, its a newer part, regulator better with smaller caps.
