Friends, My server appears to be offline at the moment. It is co-located at an ISP (AP.NET) and their servers are off-line as well. They are normally very responsive about trouble like this and have only gone off-line briefly, twice in the last few years. I will post a note when they come back up. Regards, Douglas Goodall
