RE: [N8VEM-S100:5241] Shipping to Australia from US

Hi Leon,

I’m still happy to help out with distribution to Australian buyers.  Whether we go with that option depends on the economics of it – I’ll leave it to Don to decide which results in the most economical option.

Hi Don and Malcom,

Are you sill doing the bulk shipping to Australia for Kits and Switches?

Do you want me to send payments yet?

Holy crikey mates!

USPS shipping to Australia using a flat rate box, $78 USD!

I had no idea it was that bad.

Guys, I was just asking if it was feasible for me to ship to one location in Australia

and then have that designated person ship domestically. From the comments it

sounds like it's a go. Once I get things packaged with weights and dimensions lets
revisit and see what works.

Thanks.

Hi Malcom and Don,

Thanks for volunteering Malcom. I live in Newcastle NSW. I'll PM you my address later.

I have asked Don for a component kit and switches also that could be sent at the same time. Please apportion whatever you think is my fair share of the postage cost.

Many thanks

Hi Don,

I'm happy to distribute the boards within Australia.  Our domestic shipping
rates vary according to destination address, but are likely to be around A$7
to A$12 plus packaging.  Exchange rate is currently A$1.00 = US$0.90 so no
need to correct for this in pricing.  Allow $10 for each parcel that needs
to be sent by me to other Australian recipients - I will absorb any cost
overrun (should be quite minor anyway).

Question for our Australian friends regarding shipping.

Would it be cheaper to ship all boards to one location in Australia, and
then have those shipped at domestic rates?
