Diskmaker

Perhaps a very long shot, but does anyone have a copy of the software that supports the "Diskmaker".

It's a rather unique product that allowed multiple formats to be easily written under CP/M, and I'd like to get the one I have running again.

I have one copy of the program, but can't locate the files to relocate the i/o ports.  I'd like to find a full copy if possible.
