That is the same guy that sold me bad MAX232 chips. In my story, the chips worked for about 1 minute then would get incredibly hot and fail. I tried all 10 of his chips and they all did the same thing, plug in 1 good chip from another source and problem gone. Shame I can't get my money back. I now buy very suspiciously and low quantities until I can verify the quality of the goods.
