The 8284 clock controller takes a 3X Oscillator or Crystal. So 9X3 = 27. Of
course you can use a slower Oscillator if you like.
I just happen to have more Oscillators than crystals! I have explained
further in the text.

I just read through the instructions quickly, there is a reference to
UY91, should it be U91? Also, just below the photo, it says 27mhz crystal.
Should this be 24mhz? I thought the crystals were 24 MHz, 2 MHz, and 24 MHz.
The crystal at X1 does not have a value on the schematics, so I guessed,
based on your earlier write up.
