I've tried to stick with the "John" standard settings for boards, so that I can use his monitor and bios without adjustments.  I'm starting to work on my CP/M setup and have a few vintage boards I wanted to fit into available port-settings. 

I believe the Z80 monitor code also does a reasonable job of finding ports that are in use, but I'd love a copy of "SURVEY".

Many (most?) are switch selectable.  Maybe a better approach would be to get your hands on a little
piece of code called "SURVEY" that, when you run it, will show you what ports are being used on
your system?  I can e-mail a copy to you, if you can't find it.
