Thank you Josh,
yes the peaks are on all data lines. But not on the address lines.
It is very curious, that all the routines works, but not the formatting ones with the ST Z80.
Btw, the both ST Z80 i have, working well on the Master Z80 CPU board @ 6Mhz.
The "crusty" Mostek Z80 that i use now, has a datecode from 1982.
