Serial I/O board

Thanks to everyone who suggested sources for the Z8530.
I found them at Jameco (after searching on Z85C30), and also at Unicorn.
Both sources were under $2.00 each.

As soon as these parts arrive, I'll be getting this board assembled.
The recent thread on the jumpering for the serial pins will be quite helpful too.
