Hi Paul. I got them from Mouser see:-
However I had to cut about 4mm from the top ejectors so the cover of my S-100 box would fit when the card is in the bus. That is why they are flat across.
On the next version of the board (if there is one) we should lower them a little. Also the heat sink is a little close to the LHS edge, may need to remove 2 fins.
