Dave, I think the consensus is we stick with KiCad and use our “local copies” of the routing software. It appears there is not a program/way to convert KiCad data into DipTrace files. I asked on their forum:- http://diptrace.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9925&p=16283#p16283 With the mountain of data/files we currently have, it would really be too much of a pain to make the switch systems.
