Re: Decoupling caps

They will not good for project because you need to remain with 0.1uF. I bought a lot of 0.1uF @ 50V radial lead ceramic capacitor, 100 pieces for $3.00 from eBay plus $2.98 shipping. These capacitors rated X7R. I got 500 pieces from the seller.

The seller name is bjkachner, item number 181261683331.

Good luck,
Steven

I'm curious as to others opinions about decoupling caps. These are typically 0.1uF disc caps which is what is specified for all of the various boards in the N8VEM family.

In a grab bag I recently bought I found a large number of 0.01uF and 0.2uF disk caps (over 1000 of each). What are your thoughts on using these?
