Up till now I haven't seen the 2Mx8 TSOP-48 SRAM for less than $9

UTSOURCE now has CY62167DV30LL-55ZXI on Ebay at $37.50/10pcs + $2 shipping (and a $1 discount for a $20 order).  Look for auction # 131422282861 or search for CY62167DV

There is also a smaller batch at $22.50/5pcs.

I purchased 20 pc for $74.10 total including shipping. 

Note that these are the 3.3v part, at 55ns

I've had good luck with UTSOURCE, as opposed to several other Chinese vendors.
