I'm guessing fewer number means less cost and possibly
shorter overall trace lengths.
Autorouter starts to slow down and eliminate less and less.
Doesn't seem like it's worth it to continue to run autorouter
to reduce via with results like 1 or 2 a day.

For PCBCart.com I think their pricing varies based on< 300, 300-600,
and> 600.
I'm not sure how much it varies (it's hard to get a good idea there
without putting in parameters and then varying them to see) and I've
tried asking their support in the past and they basically said to just
keep trying with different parameters.
