It works for me to, using WinRAR. Perhaps you didn't get a complete download? Try deleting the file and download it again. Check your PALASM_C.rar file, it should be 4,843,061 bytes long. It includes the above FITR.LIB file My WinZip program does not seem to have the ability to include sub folders. That is why I used WinRAR.
