We are almost to the 20 board threshold for a PCB order. There are 17 boards for builders in the wait queue already.
Don’t worry, I’ll still have “skin in the game” since I’ll need to distribute 25 boards just to break even on the PCB manufacturing order.

Shipping in the US is $3 for a single PCB and $2 for each additional PCB. Shipping internationally is $10 for a single PCB and $3 for each additional PCB. This is for the bare basics USPS first class postage with no tracking or insurance. The builder assumes all risk of delivery as per usual arrangement.
Whatever is left can go to the rest of the builders and late comers. If there are surplus they can go to VCGM and/or eBay.
