CP/M running, But now what ?

Now that I have Josh's IMSAI board up and running, I need something to play with :-) 

With my N* system, I can boot from floppy, load Basic and run a few games.
The drives & media are temperamental and a pain... I want something a bit more stable.

I'd like to run .COM or .BAS files under CP/M 2.2.  If I program, it will be in BASIC,
no machine lang stuff.

How do I get the programs to the CP/M system ?

I see the monitor has a XModem UL/DL feature, or will I have to create a "DISK-A"
image and introduce my own files into it using a PC  ?
