IF you are not using the +12V line to drive a floppy disk, this PSU should be OK for most medium size S100 bus systems.   RS232 drivers really don’t sink that much current.   Older LSI/MSI chips even less.

There is also a dual +/-15V Meanwell PD-2515. http://ca.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Mean-Well/PD-2515/?qs=V9a8iPeg90wj6pKOH0Z1PQ==
It is on stock, but it have only 0.8A per channel and is not adjustable.
