Morrow Disk Jockey 2d IO, boot disk needed start F000h for IMSAI 8080

Hi

I have a IMSAI I just got. I got my drive to seek, I can load kill the bit etc.
I am looking for a boot disk for F000H address. on 8" floppy. I can pay for it, or supply the disks for the copy with shipping etc.
