If you need any of the pieces of v4, let me know. I have the complete distro. Peeled it off of the original 8" diskettes (as I remember, there were 4). Also the very nice documentation book (but not much about the terminal options in it that I can see). MicroPro did a really nice job on this, their last, version of the CP/M code!
