For making one piece of the bracket i need round about 3 hours.
First i want to let cut three at a time, but i clamp the sheet not right at the the table, so the other two one are failed.
Two tools are used, first drilling all holes with a 1.7mm drill bit and the cut the outlines with a 2mm spiral cutter.
Next step is too smoothen the egdes with sandpaper manually.
Then 48 holes must be tapped manually with M2 threat and then a light counterbore is done.
The material is phenolic laminate (Hgw 2082) at a thickness of 3mm.
