Yes Neil, A12 is brought out to jumper P39 directly to go to pin 2 of the EEPROM.  However to retain 60K of RAM space consider starting at F000H and “flipping” pages within the ROM if you have enough source info.

John - A note on the Z-80 card. The BASIC code occupies the better part of an 8K ROM, so the CPU card needs to be able to address an 8K ROM space. I'm using $E000-$FFFF for the ROM. I'm assuming the V2 CPU card is able to be configured to address an 8K ROM?
